DAY 4 of the Douglas 4-week Ironman Challenge.
The 4th day was down as a recovery day for me, until I realised over 50% of our athletes were sending in distances. 3 crashes and a few cuts and bruises later, probably should've had that recovery day. This challenge is focussed on individual effort, changing your life to be active within an active community.
