DAY 5 of the Douglas 4-week Ironman Challenge.
Day 5 was the toughest day yet, with strong winds and light showers, but we still managed to accumulate just over 500 miles. Many were worried when accepting this challange, but already so many have moved up a level or 2 in the first week. Conditions aren´t great Saturday morning, but with already 73% of the overall distance complete, make sure you get behind those accomplishing there final distances before 5pm Sunday.
