Numbers are at an unprecedented 260 guests for the annual dinner on July 29th, and climbing.

The July 29th black tie dinner at Port-e-Chee to celebrate our 150th year will be a once in a lifetime occasion. Guests are flying in from England and Wales for the £65 per head event, hence the 25 tables of 10 persons will be oversubscribed and priority will be given to paid up club members and supporters. Please check your annual  membership contribution is up to date and those of your guests before contacting tony@wsmcars.com for seats or tables.

Amongst the 250 guest list, the Lieutenant Governor, thirty-two DRUFC captains, Chief Minister, a British Lion, MHK’s, RFU President, Mr and Mrs Drinkwater, past and present Douglas players and club members and sponsors.  The last edition of the DRUFC 1873-2023 book signed by the captains will be auctioned, and we have a bid from old friends Birkenhead Park RUFC to start. Funds raised will go to the MyName5Doddie foundation.
