DAY 9 of the Douglas 4-week Ironman Challenge.

The start of week 2 has seen some crazy distances registered, Michael Dunnet ran over 30km in a 3 hour session, Simon Hoddinott ran over 20km yesterday  and then Guy Wood posted a 100km Cycle.  The achievements from the juniors and there parents have been amazing, the involvement continues to grow.  Remember we are trying to raise funds for the up keep of the Douglas Rugby pitches, so if you can sponsor or donate to our crowdfunding page it would be much appreciated.
