NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 6th December 2016
Commencing at 8pm after training at The Clubhouse
(The bar will be open both during and after!)
The business of the meeting shall be -
(1) President’s Address.
(2) The presentation of the Accounts and Balance Sheet.
(3) Reports of the Club Captains.
(4) Election of Directors.
(5) Any other business.
Nominations for appointment as a Director must be submitted in writing to the Company Secretary not later than 7 days prior to the date of the Meeting.
