We Need you – Coaches & Managers for the 2020/21 Season
If you’re interested in rugby and joining our Douglas Rugby Development program, we need you. We have restructured to deliver player centred coaching, with a Big Emphasis on individual development. Level 3 coach Tom Waterworth will be taking on a new role of Douglas Club Coach Coordinator to ensure all our coaches have the appropriate support to deliver the best coaching possible. Douglas Rugby Club places emphasis on development pathways
Our players from Juniors/minis to senior level, play rugby to have fun with their mates. We shift our focus to developing local players to play National league rugby. Players develop at different rates and we want to give them time for their abilities to develop. We have designed a unique all-inclusive style of play at Douglas Rugby Club to assist individual development and enjoyment. A bigger emphasis will be put into the Douglas identity and the best people to deliver best practice for development.
